Some really good solutions, portfolio that covers a significant chunk of all things Infosec. Flexible working available in some departments.
Cons
These solutions do not integrate, neither are they adequately developed, supported, priced or sold. Senior management is dishonest, conniving and it is an old boys’ club to the ground. Product management inresponsive. New features come out months before anyone gets enabled on them. A lot of selling based on roadmap. 10% of workforce actually try to work but usually that does not last long and they leave, demoralized. Targets are routinely doubled for overachievers. Processes are many and varied, none of them make sense, support cases open for over 150 days is reality, services and support are poorly managed and completely disinterested. Everything is ran off clunky excel internally, legal dept has the highest turnover i ever came across.
