Pros
The people are the biggest pro here. They are smart and creative and a pleasure to be around. Then there's also the little benefits that come along such as the ice cream trucks with free ice cream for all, the pizza lunches and get-togethers. As for the overall benefits package, it is not great but it is good. There are a lot of little extras, though. Plus, there is the company's "personality." It is green and inclusive oriented. Definately has views that I can get behind.
Cons
The one con is that the company could/should spend more of the income to beef up the staff to support the demands that the product has created. Even though we are not required to work overtime to get everything doen, it is still stressful knowing that there is work left on the table every day.
