Good training opportunities before the Dell acquisition (Q2-3 2016) Exposure to interesting technologies Opportunity to work from home 1 day per week

Cons

No real career progression within and outside the support department. Tendency to keep Engineers salary to lower brackets and no salary revisions are performed. Senior management doesn't listen to Engineers feedback and usually is far away from the team needs. The product is difficult to support compared to the average and requires more resources but no one seems to be aware of this aspect. High volume of cases and no tiers nor subject matter experts are implemented despite the wide area of skills and knowledge required by the product. Seniors Engineers supposed to work on all kind of cases even the easier ones. Extra time is required most of the time to focus on advanced projects or more complicated cases. Uncertain atmosphere after the Dell acquisition.
