Pros
Good and Smart folks in engineering, Office has good cafeteria and location. Work-Life balance is also fine.
Cons
Growth has been stale for several years due to competition in security space and new product launch not meeting expectation. Attrition rate has been high recently and new hires was rare to find. Career and Salary can get stalled due to flat growth and uncertainty over Dell acquisition.
