Pros
Challanging, creative, and contantly moving forward. Doing research in a company such as RSA is very unique. Also, the management is very unique as many of its memebers are also from hard scientific backgrounds and can easily grasp the technical and science sides of an idea. This makes communication a whole lot easier.
Cons
Are a bit cheap. Also, they don't fire enough. This is a strange thing to say, but having a mal-performing team member hurts the team in more than one way. Hiring process is painstakingly slow.
