RQ Construction talks constantly about the great culture and people at the company but it is precisely what they do the worst. In my onboarding interview with one of the upper management he even talked about the people in the company being "machines". They kept giving speeches to us at thanksgiving and Christmas that while we didn't do as well as we've hoped for the year so we can't do bonuses or raises, we should all be very thankful we have jobs at all. Do they think we're idiots? Some people are, the ones who've stayed.
