RQ Construction interview questions

The process consisted of a 45 minute phone interview, followed by "homework", and a in-person meeting. The phone interview questions were general and answers were typed up for other managers. The homework involved copying their PDF PO into a word document, matching an excel spreadsheet, and drafting an email to an upset subcontractor. The interviewers went over my mistakes during the in-person meeting. My mistakes were minor like not adjusting the center line, underlining and bolding. After the in-person interview they send a questionnaire to references and/or employers. They said it was important to see how I would handle criticism. Overall, it interesting experience, but I was not offered the position.

HR contacted me after applying online. At least an hour of behavioral questions. Mostly focused on weeding out under performers. Followed by 3 person interview with additional half hour of behavioral questions followed by a half hour of the actual interview for the position
