      Pros

      Lots of great people to work alongside and they get very consistent stable work.

      Cons

      In all consideration its not a bad company to work for, but there is a certain executive that is an awful egomaniac. Other leadership could easily care for employees better and don't. Construction hours are long and unrealistic by my standards.

      This company is deeply rooted with the family ties and will promote those not qualified. Lots of favoritism even if wrong.
