Pros

Opportunity to work on accounts you're passionate about.

Not a lot of senior leadership which can be a pro and a con. No Group Creative Director, Head of Brand, or Head of Production.

Pros

The company offers remote flexibility and, at times, the chance to collaborate with good teams. It can suit self-starters who thrive in unstructured environments, providing broad exposure, independent learning, and opportunities to build diverse skills. They tend to pitch to good brands, which can make the work more engaging.

Cons

The company faces frequent turnover and volatile changes, often driven by one individual rather than consistent process or leadership. While it claims to have systems in place, HR and operations are inconsistently applied, creating a sense of instability. Despite branding itself as a creative agency, there is no true creative team..not a single copywriters or creative directors and no dedicated account, or project managers. Work heavily relies on freelancers, which makes quality and consistency unpredictable. A recurring theme is the need to treat people better and lead with honesty rather than pretense. For many, it’s a place to gain experience to build your book before moving on.
