Pros

I don't have positive things to say about this company.

Cons

I'm only writing this review because I recently saw there were trying to recruit more Motion Graphics professionals on Linkedin, and I wanted to provide a warning. Even though this was a couple years ago, this was the worst work experience I ever experience. Stay away. They hired me with a 10K signing bonus if I stayed there one year, but one of the partners didn't discuss this with the other. They fired me after two weeks of working there, despite the fact my work was stellar, to recover the money from me. It was two of the worst weeks of my life, in terms of how they treated me. These aren't good people. Don't work for them.

The worst

Pros

Can't think of anything except you will meet talented individuals.

Cons

It starts with the leaders of this company. The partners create a faux-family/bro-y atmosphere and manipulate young people to get what they want. There is little to no room for error for the staff. The turnover is high, mostly due to the partners and their lack of leadership to develop individuals and the hostile work environment they create. I have personally seen people suffer physically and mentally over the pressures of their jobs at ROSEWOOD which the upper management creates.

Manipulative & Toxic

Pros

There are plenty of other places to work in Los Angeles.

Cons

They have their "leadership" team write false reviews on this page to cover up how horrific it is working there. Nothing premium or innovative about this place. It is a social media content farm, and employees are nothing but cattle.
