      Extremely poor management with little regard for employee well-being. Unrealistic expectations and constant pressure Lack of proper training and support for quality control procedures. Frequent overtime. Unhealthy work environment High turnover rate due to dissatisfaction among staff.

      The environment is great, people are very helpful, and everyone is so friendly. Good salary, they have insurance, and other benefits.

      Cons

      The insurance make a decrease of your salary, and it’s obligated, but because of the law, dam the law hahaha.
