I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RISE Kombucha (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Lengthy but very informative and helpful. Really wanted to get to know me as a candidate. Still a small
Company when I interviewed, so positions weren’t entirely fleshed out making detailed descriptions of responsibilities and expectations somewhat vague.

Experience with networks of distributors and accounts in the Northeast US
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RISE Kombucha in Apr 2017
Interview
HR manager lead the process with lots of professionalism. An initial typical phone interview, followed by a 1st in person interview with her and the President. They ask me to answer an online psychometric test from home. Called me back for 2nd interview with Finance Director and VP ops, followed by a visit of their production facility.
Unfortunately, I was not called back for the final because of one individual (Axel, the VP ops) who looked insecured in front of me. Plus, just from the questions he asked, he seemed not to know much about what he's doing...
