      Pros

      + nice and clean environment to work in + higher salaries compared to other retail stores + benefits like 30% employee discounts, free crew suitcase, welcome package, work clothes and shoes, iPhone etc. + good store opening times + friendly and respectfully colleagues

      Cons

      - sometimes to much work for little employees - overhours (answering work phone while off days) - allowed to just buy two suitcases a year and limited accessories

      Strong brand recognition, exposure to luxury clients and experience handling customer service in a fast- moving environment.

      Cons

      Workplace culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Communication and management support were inconsistent, which made the role challenging. Lots of gossips caused by management
