Pros
Company retains it's employees and tries to keep everyone. Hard working production and operations team. Some good employees trying to make a difference.
Cons
Technologically obsolete - all the good R&D talent left. Management was bad - company acquired and worst management arrived from new owners. New management has no idea what they are doing and accelerating decline. Company full of internal politics.
