RFL Electronics interview questions

Half hour sit down and talk about job description, ask you what a transistor is, some logic symbols, reasonable electronics questions. Problem is that company has really high turnover. If you have a current job stay there because I was let go after just 4 weeks. I talked to a lot of people there and most weren't there for longer then three months! Seems like they interviewed a lot of people. They need to decide who they really want to work for them in the interview and not take people away who already have good jobs!
