      Pros

      The culture is great. This company takes the professional development of its employees seriously and the managers are easy to talk to and work with. IMO this would be a great place for a developer to start their carear.

      Cons

      Salary wasn't great when I was there (2021-2022). Some clients can be difficult to work with.

      Competitive rates/benefits Lots of little perks like snacks/gym/flexible schedules Lots of passionate developers and a culture of helping each other learn

      Cons

      Some of the company functions as an agency with short/medium term projects and some of it like a staffing company with longer projects. They try and match people and projects appropriately but sometimes it can take a while.
