Extremely toxic work environment - Software Developer RBL Bank Employee Review

This has been the most toxic company I’ve ever worked for. Employees are expected to work weekends and after hours as if it’s normal, yet taking even a single day off is treated like a problem. There’s no empathy from management or HR, and any attempt to reason or give feedback is met with defensiveness and retaliation. The culture rewards obedience over intelligence. The company desperately needs a competent, educated HR team that understands basic people management and professionalism. If you value your time, mental health, and career growth, look elsewhere.
