      Cons

      • Pay is below industry standards • No people of color on the creative dept (very caucasian) • No opportunity to learn and grow (email & direct mail is all there is) • Nepotism (top leadership only hire & promote personal friends) • Lack of professionalism and understanding of true agency/client relationship (stop blaming the client and look internally at the problems)

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
