RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding

Had a great manager and team. Health benefits average. PTO is good.

Poor leadership = Account losses. Recent mass layoffs leaving remaining employees scared and unsure. No raises. Maintaining a work/life balance is a constant fight. They used to support DEI but recently got rid of the program. Really just too many to list. If you’re considering a position here, don’t.
