Salary Commission - When and if you can earn this Work from Home (regional in my case) Good people (I would say with some of the best intentions) Market leading product albeit losing it's market share
Cons
Unrealistic pricing to the market for the product on offer Higher management dictated by the Canadian market, who are not in touch with the UK. No specific pension - Stakeholer offered which is rather poor Numerous faults with commission payouts. Unrealistic sales targets
