Low moral and does not value employees - Project Manager R.R. Donnelley Employee Review

The above said, there is little growth opportunity, very low moral, company does not value it's employees. They under pay and over work you, have taken away anything perks that employees were given such as profit sharing, RRSP matching, Pension Plan, any and all employee functions. There is no Holiday party, no cards, bonues, nothing. When raise time comes, you are told that they wanted to give you a raise, but could only give you 1%. In addition, they are not supportive, no training, and treated like dirt when something does go wrong. Love what I do, hate where I work.
