All talk, no action - Account Representative R.R. Donnelley Employee Review

No real training; Shadowing another employee on cold-calls only teaches you so much. Management is clearly limited by hierarchy of the organization. Management would like to implement some of the changes recommended by employees, but there is clearly no support from upper management. Management's lack of knowledge on the 3 company split was a huge red flag telling new employees to jump ship.
