      Pros

      Great benefits & compensation. Family like atmosphere. They provide support staff and tools for growth.

      Cons

      Some of the process flow was ineffective and took quiet some time to complete easy task. Time management was not being used wisely in several areas. We would change marketing programs often before we could ever see the effect or benefit of the one we were currently promoting. Awful OS&D & W&I departments.

      Salary + bonus incentives. Company car or allowance plus entertainment expense account unlimited job growth and income potential

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
