Casual interview. Interview process was very comfortable and I found the managers likable. During the interview was a simple discussion of my history, details on the position and benefits, and both of the manager's background.

The interview process was pretty short and sweet… the environment was laid back so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. From the looks of it it didn’t seem like a stressful over managed facility..
