The scale of mismanagement means you don't get micromanaged most of the time

Next to no communication from the SLT (Trickle down information). Radical changes with no plan prioritised over tangible well thought out solutions being presented. Many individuals at the company focussing more on promotions than logic. Those who prioritise making positive change and effective plans for the service get bullied into following decisions blindly. Original company vision and values meaningless now. Zero possibility for career progression.
