Pros

Travel, Exposure to sports, location of office, laptop provided

Cons

Unsupportive Team, Long hours, Disrespectful culture, No opportunity for progression, Poor management I feel it’s important to share my experience with others considering employment here. During my time at the company, I consistently encountered disrespectful behaviour from staff, which created a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. Communication from management often lacked professionalism, and I felt that employees were treated more like resources than valued team members. There was a noticeable lack of appreciation for the hard work and long hours, and in some cases, it seemed like staff were expected to work under unreasonable conditions, leading to burnout. There was a outcasting and bully behaviour in the operations team. In addition to this, I felt that employees were unfairly judged based on personal biases rather than their performance or contributions to the company. This created a sense of insecurity and frustration among many of my colleagues. Unfortunately, there was little to no support from HR to address these issues, leaving employees with few avenues to voice their concerns. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering employment here to think carefully, especially if you value a respectful and supportive work environment. I hope the company can take steps to improve its culture and how it treats its employees in the future.
