      Pros

      Great team, great product (mostly) which makes it easier to sell. No commissions which I found made for a better work environment. Opportunities to travel to company sponsored events overseas which was great.

      Cons

      Some seemingly unreasonable/culturally inappropriate rules coming down from HQ. High worker turnover in the store I was in.
