Pros
Full 100% remote is a huge plus for me, but you will have the option to work in their Texas office you wish. There is a strong emphasis of work life balance. They encourage you to make use of your (amazing) PTO hours to recharge so you can always work at your best. The people that work there are amazing and the company culture is wonderful. There is a fair amount of diversity in people there too (not just ethnicity, but different ages and walks of life). I feel like everyone is willing to help each other out and to make the company stronger. Management cares about your input and also about your professional growth. I saw some reviews talking about some micromanaging, but I have not had that experience in my department. I feel like my manager has a lot of faith in our team and trusts us to make our own decisions and to ask for help if we need it. I am always thankful for being able to grow professionally with this company.
Cons
Because this is a fully remote position, it can be harder to feel close to people from other departments when you don't interact with them much. So remote may not be the best if you who feed off that kind energy. Management had gone through a few changes over the last few years. That was initially jarring, but I feel that QuickFee has finally found their footing and has strong leadership and game plan now.
