Pros
Engaged, diverse and fun environment which supports the development of both "soft" and "hard" skills - for instance how to collaborate cross-functionally, but also time to learn softwares and catch up on the latest trends (e.g. in design). Really talented colleagues that you learn a lot from and makes it fun going to work!
Cons
While I was working there (which was in-house), I think that I would have developed as a UX Designer even more had there been more senior designers in-house to support & mentor me in the complex area that is UX design.
