Pros

HR, Accounting and the operations teams are excellent. They are great people, who work tirelessly for the company. Management is pretty flexible, will work around family/personal life. They have lots of social events and lunches to keep moral up.

Cons

I was hired with the clear expectation that I did not want a call center, with quotas and a script to say. It started great, I could call whatever customers I wanted, and be very comfortable. However, once you have a rejection, or don't make any quick sales, and you ask management for help they feed a script down your throat until you say the same thing everytime. Management will coach you, try and make you better... until you get a lead on a great account. Then if a senior sales team member wants the account, or if management feels a senior sales member deserves it, they attempt to push you off the account.This is a true sales pit. Very cut throat, and management has their favourites that they feed accounts too. You can be successful here but it didn't gel with my personality. Just watch your back.

Some team members were helpful during my brief time at the company. • Opportunity to gain insight into the logistics industry.

Cons

During my time at the company, the onboarding process was disorganized and lacked structure. My direct manager was unavailable for a significant portion of the onboarding period due to illness, which left me without clear guidance or necessary support to succeed in my role. Furthermore, the team lead frequently made inappropriate and unprofessional comments, including discussing highly personal topics in a manner that created a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. Despite navigating these challenges with limited direction, my employment was terminated abruptly without prior warning or constructive feedback. This lack of communication left me feeling disappointed and unclear about the reasons for the decision. Overall, my experience was disheartening and fell short of professional standards I expected. Despite the lack of proper onboarding and the unprofessional atmosphere, I was abruptly let go without any prior warning or feedback, leaving me confused and disappointed. Overall, my experience with the company I’mwas frustrating and demoralizing.
