Pros

The product is legitimately strong. Benefits are OK. On the partner side you get to work with some interesting folks who have been doing agile/OKR transformations for a long time and are generally awesome and super smart.

Cons

Just about everything. Complete dysfunction in most of the business units especially sales. It is very much like a fear driven culture and nothing is communicated clearly, people get laid off or let go with no warning or real explanation including a 10-15% reduction in force earlier this year on the North American team and many others have just left with it going unrecognized by managers and leadership - it’s a little unsettling. Market fit/ICP is very unclear - no incentivizing for going after enterprise clients unless the deal size is very large, but many clients only start with a handful of business units for an OKR program no matter how large they are. There’s a weird culture of “we are better than everyone else” calling competitors trash (referring to work board as “work bored”) which feels very sophomoric and immature, not to mention untrue given the revenue woes gtmhub is having (you can’t be awesome and also lay off dozens of people). Management is constantly running around with no idea what they are doing and starting fire drills, it’s very stressful and there’s not a ton of open communication. One more thing, if you are looking for a diverse organization, look elsewhere, the CEO literally said on a company town hall “we don’t need any formal DEI initiative because we have employees from all over the world” well, they all look the same… Look at the other reviews, all the five star reviews basically say the same thing, you can come to your own conclusions about why. The shine wears off very quickly, believe me, if you get a call from a recruiter just run the other way.

Hey there, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're glad to hear you genuinely believe in the product and felt that the team was a group of awesome, talented folks. We're really sorry that you felt our culture was dysfunctional and driven by fear – there is no place for ego here, and we work hard to build a culture where disagreement and dissent is encouraged. Since the time of posting, we have had major changes in the Revenue org including within sales leadership and management, and have put a lot of effort into fixing the things that weren't working, addressing cultural, leadership, management, enablement, and process issues, and re-aligning on our areas of focus. We feel strongly that we're on the right path. We also take DEI seriously - we have built a global team of diverse perspectives and diverse people across 4 different continents, and would have to disagree that our team all looks the same. However, we do agree that just because we have a global team doesn't mean there's no need for DEI efforts - diversity is just one part of the picture, and the People and Talent team is committed to not only upholding and increasing diversity within the company, but also advancing policies and programs that are designed with equity and inclusion in mind. There is certainly room for improvement - recently, we have put effort into our hiring practices and manager training as part of our effort to advance in this area. We have signed Insight's (one of our VCs) DEI ScaleUp Pledge, and are always considering DEI in our policies and practices (compensation, performance management, company events, trainings, hiring, etc), which could perhaps be made more visible. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further feedback that you think would be beneficial for us to hear, and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. Best, Mykaela, Head of People and Talent

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on our new strategy and recent developments at Quantive. We're encouraged to hear your optimism regarding our ambitions and the potential of our strategy that will position us as an industry leader. Your comment in our vision and goals is greatly appreciated. Regarding your concern about a lack of transparency in recent months, as you have probably heard from me, we take this feedback seriously: open and honest communication is a cornerstone of our company culture, and we understand the importance of transparency in (re-)building trust and alignment within our team. We acknowledge that there may have been instances where our communication could have been more forthcoming or clearer, and yes! especially over the last two months / since my appointment as CEO. We committed to actively working to enhance our communication channels and ensure that all team members are kept informed and engaged in the company's direction and decisions. We believe that addressing these concerns is crucial in realizing our ambitious goals. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our practices and create a more transparent and inclusive work environment. Thank you again for your constructive insights. I truly appreciate. Pros

When the company was just getting its legs, it was a great place to be. Pay was good, benefits were good, coworkers were all hungry and wanted to be there

Cons

Company experiences many rounds of layoffs and eventually sold to a competitor. Management was constantly changing and left a lot of room for fear of being replaced.
