No macro-management. Own your delivery.
Cons
No alignment, no sense of teamwork.
Commision structure changed 3 times in 8 months.
I've seen too many instances of people being ill-treated and then they are told they did not make probation.
Training/enablement is a myth...

Regarding your concern about a lack of transparency in recent months, as you have probably heard from me, we take this feedback seriously: open and honest communication is a cornerstone of our company culture, and we understand the importance of transparency in (re-)building trust and alignment within our team. We acknowledge that there may have been instances where our communication could have been more forthcoming or clearer, and yes! especially over the last two months / since my appointment as CEO. We committed to actively working to enhance our communication channels and ensure that all team members are kept informed and engaged in the company's direction and decisions.
We believe that addressing these concerns is crucial in realizing our ambitious goals. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our practices and create a more transparent and inclusive work environment.

When the company was just getting its legs, it was a great place to be. Pay was good, benefits were good, coworkers were all hungry and wanted to be there
Cons
Company experiences many rounds of layoffs and eventually sold to a competitor. Management was constantly changing and left a lot of room for fear of being replaced.
