Pros

There are some great people in the company however this is completely outweighed by the cons.

Cons

Poor Senior Management, and massive ego with the narcissistic CRO, who has disconnected thoughts, direction and meaningless run-on sentences. -OKR product very hard to sell and customers don’t see business value -High turnover -No SDR support -Lack of Channel support -Unrealistic SE support expectations -Overall lack of understanding for how to sell SaaS-based large enterprise deals I cannot stress this enough, unless you are completely desperate for a job, do not consider joining this company

Hey there, I wanted to take a moment to reply and say thanks for sharing your thoughts, and I'm very sorry to hear this was your experience at Gtmhub. I am surprised to hear such poor feedback. We consistently see strong scores across the board in our internal culture surveys, particularly in the areas of management and service and quality focus across our product (two of our top three scoring "culture" categories). In our most recent anonymous survey, 90% of the team said they would recommend Gtmhub as a place to work, 96% said they were proud to work at Gtmhub, and 88% rated our leadership team favorably (with only 4% unfavorably) – this generally positive sentiment is also echoed in other reviews and is something we're really proud of. We have gone through a considerable amount of change on the Sales side as it relates to Senior Management, processes, training, enablement, and support. We had some growing pains here, and we've made changes in part due to transparent, tell-it-like-it-is feedback from our team, which we always invite and take seriously (anonymous or not). We're quite proud of where we are today. As to your points about our customers not seeing business value and our team not understanding how to sell large enterprise deals – our G2, our numerous category awards, and our running (and growing) list of large enterprise customers tell a different story, but I understand your personal experience may have been unique. Thank you again for taking the time to share (truly) – we appreciate all feedback. Best, Mykaela Doane Head of People + Talent @ Gtmhub

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on our new strategy and recent developments at Quantive. We're encouraged to hear your optimism regarding our ambitions and the potential of our strategy that will position us as an industry leader. Your comment in our vision and goals is greatly appreciated. Regarding your concern about a lack of transparency in recent months, as you have probably heard from me, we take this feedback seriously: open and honest communication is a cornerstone of our company culture, and we understand the importance of transparency in (re-)building trust and alignment within our team. We acknowledge that there may have been instances where our communication could have been more forthcoming or clearer, and yes! especially over the last two months / since my appointment as CEO. We committed to actively working to enhance our communication channels and ensure that all team members are kept informed and engaged in the company's direction and decisions. We believe that addressing these concerns is crucial in realizing our ambitious goals. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our practices and create a more transparent and inclusive work environment. Thank you again for your constructive insights. I truly appreciate. Pros

When the company was just getting its legs, it was a great place to be. Pay was good, benefits were good, coworkers were all hungry and wanted to be there

Cons

Company experiences many rounds of layoffs and eventually sold to a competitor. Management was constantly changing and left a lot of room for fear of being replaced.
