Cons
This company has a dysfunctional system shaped by heavy internal politics, a strong blame culture, and hustle culture. Accountability does not exist here. Seniors are never held responsible for their mistakes and usually shift the blame onto junior employees, who end up facing the consequences despite doing nothing wrong. Seniors often make careless or unsupported statements without being held accountable.
There is also a lack of proper guidance and structured onboarding for new hires. Expectations are unclear, creating a sink-or-swim environment where employees are left to figure things out on their own without proper support. I was forced to build the company computers (CPU, RAM, etc.), install Windows by myself, and set up all necessary software, which take over a month. The process is highly inefficient.
Work processes are filled with unnecessary and redundant bottlenecks that slow down productivity, yet there is little effort from company to improve them. Instead, these inefficiencies are tolerated, leaving junior employees to handle unnecessary work. The feedback system is ineffective. Employees are also expected to handle tasks such as Excel work and UX/UI design, even if these are not part of their job description.
If you still choose to work here, be cautious, do not place your trust in others, and take care of your mental health.
