- Very low percentage of AE's hitting quota, leading to a demotivated and demoralised workforce, which is quite sad given the work put in generally.

- Below standard base wage and most not earning much more.
- Sales floor very quiet and sometimes lifeless.
- Senior management (particularly coming from States) billing Qualtrics as a 'land of hope and dreams', which falls very short locally given the amount of false hope and nightmares going on.
- The above & more leading to a crazy turnover rate, leaving experienced AE's wondering why they're not doing the same, and new hires wondering what's going on..
