      Pros

      Very dynamic place, always changing every thing. You feel like you are on a very fast treadmill, when I take vacations and come back, I feel that I have missed out on a lot of new knowledge. One of the best corporate cultures and management team.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines and pressures of some chips can be hard, and it is hard to publish papers.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
