      You probably could get a reasonable life-work balance. You work with talents. Good pay/working hours. (but share and bonus decreased starting Fall/2015)

      Cons

      Poor biz forecast 2016, stock price diverge from market performance since last record high of 8X/share (Q2/14) to 5X/share Q4/15. Company is not as strong as before.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
