Cons
Working at Qualcomm, be it anywhere in the world is the most hectic and appalling. They have no regards for their employees and all they care about is getting the work completed at the cost of the employees health. Work life balance is deplorable. Rather than hiring more people they try to sqeeze in the maximum possible load on the person's plate to the extent of making them work 24/7(literally). Rather than doing so, they should spend some time on analyzing what can enhance their employee satisfaction. But no, they don't have time for such abysmal petty things.
