      1)You get to work with Good and highly talented people. The effort and thoughts put up by them are top class. 2) Pay : High Pay along with awesome benefits like Insurance for family, stock options, and much more for lead engineer and above. 3) You work on the latest products and technlogies as you working with leader in the mobile space market

      Cons

      Work -life balance is very bad. Planning by the management seems very hapahazard.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
