great people, casual dress, will work hours based on commute based on life balance.
Cons
benefits as of 2016 are now HSA instead of PPO. this is a factor that is used during the process of deciding which company to work for, not just salary. If you just got hired you could almost feel like you were tricked by not knowing that you are about to lose such huge benefit to your spouse, if that spouse is working.
