      Exciting company to work for, fast paced, lots of new technology applications and challenges. Very flexable work hours.

      Cons

      The intensity of the work sometimes requires a lot of overtime work. It becomes overwhelming if you don't learn to say no to some of the schedules and renegotiate a project deliverable or schedule.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
