Pros
Top benefits, greate stock option, not a lot of company offer RSU to new grads llike Qualcomm. Pay is okay but lower than bay area average. Work life balance okay for my team: 9am-6pm, no extra time in evening for most of time.
Cons
Too many people working on same stuff and this might be because of a huge organization. Some team is hard to deal with, needs to go to mid management for approval if you want some data. Food in onsite cafe sucks and is expensive.
