      - For my team the work life balance is good ~40 hrs a week + lunch - Qualcomm name gets you interviews easily in the bay area - Decent growth opportunities in company

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
