      Pros

      Great Pay but at a cost

      Cons

      They took everything that made this company a great place to work and dumped it in the circular file. Management soaks up all the perks and provides an "if you don't like it leave" experience. They are not just laying off people heavy contributors are leaving in droves and soon it will have gone the way of HP where everywhere but here employment rules the day.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
