      - Salary and Benefits - Work Life balance was good before 2016 but now its worse

      Cons

      - Worst Management in India. Lot of politics specially in the IT department. - Mgmt is not in support of employees and they are least bothered to retain the talent.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
