      - Salary is better than market - Free food - Stocks

      Cons

      - They treat you as robots & expect you to work 24*7 - They buy you completely, no personal life. Work life balance is worst in industry - Your leaves will be cancelled even at the day you are just about to start your leave plan. - You are expected to work on weekends, holidays & the worst is even if you take official leave.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
