      nice place in San diego. if you find the right team you can avoid doing actual work just exist.

      Cons

      no career prospect. most smart people have left and only the dumb ones are left. Almost no documentation is done on previous work/design.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
