Pros
Decent 401k and benefits. On-site gyms, on-site food services, most buildings are clean and modern. Industry standard vacation/holiday/sick time.
Cons
Lots of bureaucracy, favoritism, and inflated job titles. Performance reviews are twice a year with a quota system that limits the # of employees per dept who can get favorable reviews/rankings, which causes poor teamwork and very unhealthy competitiveness among employees since everyone wants to get the top ranking--raises occur only during one of the two review cycles. Taking sick time seems to be widely frowned upon, so it's best to take zero sick days--sick time is sometimes used to ding a person on performance reviews.
