Most of what they tell you at the job interview is incorrect. Very political and clannish culture. You have to be from the same ethnic background of the dir to advance in this department. People sabotaging each other and managers encourage the unethical behavior. The reasoning is to promote competition which is a total BS. A lot of incompetent, insulting and rude managers. Terrible work life balance. Compensation is not good relative to the industry standards. Very depressing atmosphere, avoid PMIC VI at all costs.
