Good compensation. Free transport. Free food ( breakfast, lunch, evening snacks with fruit bowls/ juices/ softdrinks & bakery items). WFH policy & flexible timings. ( no swipe out sensor :) ) working on cutting edge technology. Management is good & demonstrating an outstanding performance (30% profit from last 6 quarters in US ).
Cons
If you are in IT department, its like any other service sector. Crazy deadlines & hectic work. Recruitment process is very hectic and time consuming. (There can be 7-9 rounds of interview in selection process before anyone can get in). Management will hire 1 person if there is requirement of 3.
